Job Description / Responsibility

• Setup an effective sales strategies to achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
• Check building design, project brochure and focus on market intelligence.
• Ensure sales deed on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on-time to management.
• Responsible for land procurement at suitable location based on market analysis.
• Develop strategic marketing programs to grow the business and implement marketing mix strategy.
• Develop and ensure innovative marketing campaigns, events that generate excitement and enhance market share.
• Guide to prepare communication material such as brochure, flyer, billboard, news paper and magazine ads.
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation and input customers' satisfaction.

MBA in marketing from any reputed university.

• At least 7 year(s)

• Age At least 35 year(s)

• Monitor Downline, collect different reports and submit to upper management on time.
• Thinking various initiatives, innovative ideas to boost up sales and try all possible means to implement those.
• Train up, Motivate, Give guidelines to downlines- tries to retain a well balanced skilled sales team.
• Having a strong customer negotiation skill, Capable to close deal, Handle Multitasking under pressure, Set work Priority, team Work etc.
• Communication Skill, Computing & Presentation Skill.
• Additional Responsibilities assigned by Management as and when required.
