Job Description / Responsibility
- Setup an effective sales strategies to achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
- Check building design, project brochure and focus on market intelligence.
- Ensure sales deed on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on-time to management.
- Responsible for land procurement at suitable location based on market analysis.
- Develop strategic marketing programs to grow the business and implement marketing mix strategy.
- Develop and ensure innovative marketing campaigns, events that generate excitement and enhance market share.
- Guide to prepare communication material such as brochure, flyer, billboard, news paper and magazine ads.
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation and input customers' satisfaction.
